For In-person Sessions: the office is located at Urban Office - Heights Mansion, 540 Heights Blvd Suite 111, Houston, TX 77008.
Parking: Please park anywhere in the parking lot or along the street (Heights Blvd or White Oak)
Entrance: Please text 832-509-0793 so that you can be buzzed into the building, please watch your step on your way in/out as it is slightly steeper than anticipated. There is a ramp along the side entrance if needed.

If you do need to cancel an appointment, please remember there is a 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid late charges.
A few more details: Please arrive roughly 5 minutes before your appointment so that I can ensure quick entry. Additionally, feel free to wait in the waiting area/lobby (to the right) upon entering the building. I will come out to show you around briefly and then take you to my new office for our appointment. There is a bathroom at the end of the hallway, to the left, before you enter the kitchen. The kitchen area (in the very back) has access to complementary (flavored) water that you are welcome to!
**Virtual Individual Sessions:**
If your session is a virtual individual session, you will get an email on the day of your session with a link. Click the link on the device you'll be using for the session. If you have any issues with logging into the video, please call us at 832-509-0793 or email us at info@alexisleepercounseling.com, and we will assist you in troubleshooting.
**Virtual Group Sessions:**
If your session is a virtual group session, a Google Meet link will be sent to the email address we have on file a few minutes before your session is scheduled to begin.
